Payment

Tuition is $130 per month (in-studio) or $145 for travel lessons, due at the first lesson of each month.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or Venmo (@jennaspeyer).
A $10 late fee applies after 7 days.
Tuition reserves your weekly time slot and is not based on attendance.

Cancellations & Make-Ups

No refunds are given for missed lessons.
Make-up lessons will only be offered if I cancel a scheduled lesson.
If you cannot attend, please notify me as soon as possible so I can plan accordingly.

Practice Expectations

Students should practice 10–30 minutes per day, 4–5 days per week.
Parents are encouraged to listen to practice sessions, especially for younger students.
The most important thing you can do to help your child succeed is to establish a consistent, positive practice routine at home.

Materials

Students are responsible for bringing all assigned books, notebooks, and materials to each lesson.
Materials may be purchased independently or reimbursed to me.

Child Protection

The safety and wellbeing of every student is my top priority.

• Lessons are conducted in a safe, respectful, and positive environment at all times.

• Parents or guardians are welcome to observe lessons in my studio or in their home.

• No photos or recordings will be taken without prior permission from parents/guardians.

• I maintain clear and professional boundaries with all students and families.

• Any concerns regarding a child’s safety will be handled according to Texas state child protection laws and reported to the appropriate authorities if required.— Quote Source
